Reenacting the Last Supper

Jesus taught in word and deed. On Maundy Thursday our Lord:

• gave the 1st Communion
• washed the feet of the disciples
• prayed under great stress
• allowed Himself to be betrayed
• healed His attacker

We re-enact His holy words and gestures. Anyone may participate in foot-washing and communion. Join us at 5:30 PM April 14 for this special celebration.

In low light, we reverently remove all the usual religious symbols in the sanctuary in silence showing our Lord was taken from us.
